I primarily offer affordable and reasonable fixed fee or hourly fee retainer arrangements. At this time I do not offer contingency fee agreements.
I accept checks, credit cards, money orders, or cash (payments made in cash must not be more than $200) for payments. Fees are due at the commencement of the attorney-client relationship when the attorney-client agreement is signed. Fees are then placed in a trust account until the fees accrue. Unaccrued advance or retainer fees are refundable.
Most litigation cases will also involve costs such as court filing fees, court motion fees, etc. that must also be provided by the client at the commencement of the attorney-client relationship and which will be held in a trust account until the costs are incurred and paid.
Legal advice and legal fees quotes are given only at in person meetings and are not given by phone for new clients. An attorney-client relationship is not established until a written attorney-client agreement addressing fees is agreed to and signed.
